We hope you love your order from The Lakeshore Life! However, we understand that you may need to make a return. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn and with the tags attached.
Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please email us at orders@thelakeshorelife.net and include pictures of the defective item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
